About Dr. Rachel

Dr. Rachel has been helping people overcome being stuck, sad or stagnant since 1998.  Working with thousands of clients gave her deep insight into the reasons people stumble, and helped her develop the best techniques for helping them to get back on their feet again, forward-focused and feeling good.

Word started to spread about her high success levels and she was invited to speak, first to small local groups and then to bigger ones, including Hewlett Packard, General Electric, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.  She coaches and conducts training workshops for corporate audiences on team building, customer service, and motivation.

Dr. Rachel’s own interest in the veteran community opened the door to applying her skill to help the brave warriors and their spouses who sometimes come home down-hearted to find their way again.  More than 8,500 veterans have heard her message, and audiences all over the country have benefits from her clear, simple, proven steps delivered in an inspiring, motivational way.

Dr. Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at Fisk University. She received her doctorate at Wright State University School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Rachel is the author of Choose You! and  continues her private practice as a psychologist and executive coach in Atlanta, GA, where she lives with her husband, and four children, all of whom are competitive athletes.
